Er is beter is Gudauri

Het hotel en de kamers zien er netjes en verzorgd uit. De locatie is mooi gelegen met uitzicht op de bergen. Het eten van het buffet smaakt lekker, maar het warm buffet was elke avond ijskoud, drinken was niet op voorraad en wisselgeld niet voorradig, waardoor cash betalen praktisch onmogelijk is. Het internet is niet zo snel als geadverteerd.

Buon hotel

Hotel carino facile da raggiungere vicino alle piste da sci con viste panoramiche dalla veranda molto belle. Camere pulite e davvero silenziose ma (almeno per mia esperienza) non ci mettono gli asciugamani e vanno al risparmio con la carta igienica. Cena georgiana ,mancava quella internazionale, colazione invece internazionale . Ultimo appunto : verso le 6 di mattina qualcuno dell'hotel si mette a usare il trapano, senza parole. Posto però che merita una seconda possibilità

С первого дня приезда в " Гудаури инн " я ощутила тёплую и уютную атмосферу отеля. Персонал вежливый , приветливый , внимательный. С номера красивый вид на горы. Номер чистый и тёплый, есть все необходимое. Всем рекомендую. Зимой это просто сказка! ❄️❄️❄️

The worst stay ever! Never again...

A vacation was meant to be a relaxing turned into a frustrating experience, largely due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with dismissive and unwelcoming attitudes. It was clear that the staff had little interest in assisting us, and at times, their tone and behavior were downright rude. We encountered multiple instances where our reasonable requests were met with impatience or ignored entirely, leaving us feeling disrespected and undervalued as guests. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it severely impacted our ability to enjoy our vacation. We chose your hotel expecting a high level of hospitality (as you classify yourself 4* and No1 on trip advisor) and professionalism, but unfortunately, this was far from our experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not face the same issues. I trust that you will investigate this matter and address it appropriately. To highlight, reception staff was extremely rude & unhelpful... mainly morning & night shift team! Asking for nearby restaurants; apparently they dont know any! Asking for a taxi; apparently they cant help! (Check your guest profiles before dealing with them... exactly if they work in your same industry... Shame! Never again!

So much potential

The hotel was clean and in a good location, the price was also decent. However, a small effort in training of the staff will go a long way. The restaurant needs to change and serve better food. We stopped eating there and spent our money on other restaurants in town. Also the bar: We aske for advice on Georgian wine and the bar tender said I don't like wine!
